Due to the COVID-19 situation we are currently meeting online. You are welcome to join us for Sunday services on Zoom or watch our pre-recorded version on YouTube and Facebook each week. Click here for our YouTube channel.

Gathering together to worship, pray, to learn from one another and to socialise and have fun is an integral part of the life of our church.  Before the COVID-19 pandemic we regularly meet on Sunday mornings at Drummond  School for a time of worshipping God through His son Jesus and learning from the Bible.

Our Sunday service on Zoom starts at 10.30am with time for chat and fellowship in break rooms at the end. Whether it’s your first or 101st visit, everyone is always welcome to join in. During our time on a Sunday mornings, we sing together; often a mix of modern and contemporary worship songs along with some of the best-loved classic hymns.  We pray together and we hear from the Bible – sermons based on the Word of God and relevant to 21st century life.

We have had a vibrant children’s ministry with groups for babies through to teenagers.  Currently on a Sunday we have a special Kids’ Zoom Meeting at 10:00am for 20 minutes and then our young folks are all welcome to join with their families for the start of our Service Zoom Meeting.

We adhere to the Safeguarding policy of the Church of Scotland in the recruitment of all our children’s workers and volunteers.  All appointments are subject to satisfactory references, interviews and PVG membership.

Many of us also meet midweek as part of a Life Group.  Prayer is at the heart of St. Columba.  We believe that God hears and answers prayer and we seek his direction as individuals and as a church.  As well as praying together and for one another on a Sunday and in our Small Groups. You are very welcome to email us or call if there is an issue that you would like us to pray about and we would be glad to pray over that situation
for you.  Find out more about prayer at our God Hears page.

Here for life!

Whether it is a swishing party, a curry night, a barbecue or a walk along Dores Beach – we used to often socialise together.  Keep an eye on our calendar or latest news page to keep up to date with current happenings.
